Today i have a sneak peek of one of the new fairies to be released March 1st from Paper Makeup Stamps.
There is a poll over on the PMS blog on what her name should be!
I'm not so sure about my sketch on this card. I knew the paper i wanted to use. I colored her accordingly. I started cutting my patterened paper and then i realized i had no idea what i was doing with my card. I tried a few different layouts and this was the one i came up with. It's a little odd, but for some reason i kinda like it.
Anyhoo - here are the deets on the card
Colored with Copic Markers (and for my class gals, the bold means it was my main color choice, the others were for shading, blending and highlighting) Skin: E000, E00, E31. Hair :E21, E 25, 0 (colorless blender). Shirt & shoes: E93, E95, 0 (cb). Shorts: E25, E27. Ground: E41, E43, E44, 0. Sprout: G94, G99. Wings and water: B000, B01, spica pen in clear. Shadow around entire image W1.
Patterened Paper: Infuse by Basic Grey
Cardstock: Chocolate by Paper Trey Ink, Sorbet by Close to my Heart
Embellies: bellas baubles, primas
and i just have to post this picture of the baby from yesterday. its so durn cute! but then i'm a little biased...

She's very pretty, the paper is just perfect and the image is colored so wonderfully to match.
